Refund policy

All of our products are hand-crafted in small batches for freshness but if for any reason you receive a faulty or damaged item, we are happy to make it right! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order through our 'Contact Page' or email us at tocoskincare@gmail.com. Once the return is approved, refunds will go back onto the card which was used.

It typically takes 2-14 business days to process a refund depending on your card and bank. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any postage charges at this time.

Due to the nature and craftsmanship of our products, we do not offer exchanges or returns for the reasons of: general dissatisfaction or if a product does not resonate with your skin. We provide full ingredient lists, disclaimers and detailed descriptions to give you the power to choose what would be best suited for your skin. If you are not sure, please send us a message.
