Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for Standard Shipping and 5-10 days during the holidays.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $75 USD in the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirming your tracking information. TOCO is not responsible for any delays due to shipping carrier.

From start to finish your order is
processed, filled, and shipped by human beings. For the highest quality and freshness, all of our products are produced in small batches, hand labeled, and packed with care. <3

Return Policy

All of our products are hand-crafted in small batches for freshness but if for any reason you receive a faulty or damaged item, we are happy to make it right! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order through our 'Contact Page' or email us at tocoskincare@gmail.com. Once the return is approved, refunds will go back onto the card which was used.

It typically takes 2-14 business days to process a refund depending on your card and bank. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any postage charges at this time.

Due to the nature and craftsmanship of our products, we do not offer exchanges or returns for the reasons of: general dissatisfaction or if a product does not resonate with your skin. We provide full ingredient lists, disclaimers and detailed descriptions to give you the power to choose what would be best suited for your skin. If you are not sure, please send us a message. We would love to help you!

Help! My product was melted upon arrival!

We understand how frustrating this can be! We are here to help you and explain why...

Our balms, much like our skin, sometimes need a little extra LOVE in warmer climates because we do not use phthalates or chemical stabilizers. These decadent creams and balms were meant to melt upon contact with your skin. Ooh La La!

What to do if your balm(s) or moisturizer(s) are melted upon arrival:

Step 1: (Make sure lid is secure) give them a a couple shakes and put in your refrigerator (not freezer) for 6-8hrs.

Step 2: After that, your balms (or creams) are ready to use! Keep them in a cool, dry and dark space (recommended). You may store your creams in the refrigerator if you choose. *Don't worry, it does not affect the integrity or efficacy of your balm!

Are TOCO products vegan?

Because we use beeswax and propolis we cannot claim our products are vegan. But we do LOVE bees as much as you, which is why we support and utilize small-scale beekeepers here in Montana to help ensure transparency and sustainable practices. We also donate $1 from every order to 'Pollinator Partnership' non-profit. Without bees we wouldn't have our business nor would we have 75% of the food we eat in the US. Save the Bees Baby!!

Are TOCO products Gluten-Free?

YES! Our products are Gluten-Free! Even though we use Oat Oil (which can sometimes be contaminated with gluten) ours is not manufactured on processing equipment that comes in contact with gluten or products containing gluten.

Why are my products not in individual packaging?

Currently, we have opted not to put our products in any extra packaging. Why? Well most people just toss the boxes as soon as they take the product out, so we have decided to skip the extra waste. Plus, TOCO is only sold online and all of the important information is already on our labels or website. Don't worry, your products will still arrive looking cute and securely packed.

Do you sell samples of your products to try?

At this time we do not sell samples individually.

We love to include one sample for every full-size product purchase (depending on availability). If you would like to try a specific product sample with your order, please send us a message and we will do our best to fulfill it.

Excluded: Banana Eye Concentrate, Rose Petal & Clay Exfoliator

Are your products safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?

If pregnant or breastfeeding, ALWAYS discuss all ingredients with your physician before use.

We do use Licorice Oil in a few of our skincare products which is not recommended for pregnancy or breastfeeding.

However, Licorice Oil is NOT in:

  • Banana Barrier Cream
  • Hibiscus Glow Balm
  • Brazilian Rose Petal & Clay Exfoliator

I have a nut allergy. Are your products safe to use?

DISCLAIMER: Some ingredients are derived from NUTS (Sweet Almond Oil, Walnut Oil). Please be sure to check the ingredient list first for possible allergies. Discontinue use if irritation or redness occurs. Please discuss all ingredients with your physician before use if you are not sure.

How do I store TOCO Products?

Always store products in a cool, dry and dark place (recommended). You may store your creams and balms in the refrigerator if you choose. *Don't worry, it does not affect the integrity or efficacy of your balm!
